 About Us

Shasta Drifters Bait & Tackle is located in Lakehead, 21 miles north of Redding on Shasta Lake.  We are surrounded by beautiful mountains, lots of recreational activities and most important, one of the most awesome lakes in Northern California.  Just one quarter mile off I-5, we are centrally located to several Marinas, RV Parks as well as boat launch ramps and numerous campgrounds.  We have links on our Services page for more information on what is available in the area.

Our Business

Our business was started in May of 2007.  Currently we are open from mid April to the end of September,  during the spring to fall fishing season.  We cater to all fishermen of all types.  We have future plans to expand our inventory and getting into water toys to rent.   

  Bryan Branson - Pro Staff

Who We Are

The Owner of Shasta Drifters is Cheryl Roberts.  She has a background in accounting as well as past business experience and great customer service.  She and her partner have been property managers, which require multi tasking and good communications and customer service.   Her partner is Bryan Branson who is the Pro Staff and knows his fishing!  Along with his property management experience, he also has a background in business ownership and how businesses operate.   Micheal Branson has been fishing since he was 4 years old.  He is as good as his dad and very often out fishes him!
